Join our dynamic team as a Casual Events Staff
We are currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for 2024. This role involves engaging with the public in front of retail outlets, promoting our cause, and encouraging interaction with our campaigns.
This is a casual position and is a flexible contract, you choose the days you want to work, providing flexibility for individuals who want to work on various days. We also have part time and weekend work
Responsibilities:
Engage with the Public: Approach and engage with people passing by, creating awareness about our cause and encouraging them to support our campaign.
Be respectful and have courteous manners.
Represent the Organization: Clearly communicate the mission, values, and impact of our organisation to potential prospects.
Provide information about our organisation and answer queries from interested individuals.
Maintain and uphold a positive and professional image of the organisation during interactions.
Requirements:
All Ages Welcome: This position is open to individuals of all ages, minimum age 16+
Sales or People Skills is ideal but not required
Must be able to travel daily.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently.
Communication Skills are required so you must have excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Passion for the Cause: A genuine interest in and passion for the organisation's cause and serving the community.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have good communication skills, and want the flexibility of a casual 0-hour contract.
