Events Operations Manager – Catering & Venues


Salary: £40,000 – £42,500 per annum - depending on experience

Location: Central London


We’re seeking an experienced Events Operations Manager to join a leading catering group delivering exceptional experiences across a two prestigious London venues. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to play a key role in delivering flawless events within a premium setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of a range of high-profile events, ensuring exceptional client service throughout.
  • Manage event logistics, staffing, and supplier coordination to the highest operational standards.
  • Lead and motivate on-site teams to deliver seamless service and memorable experiences.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support continuous improvement across event operations.
  • Uphold the company’s sustainability values and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Proven experience in an operational management role within events, catering, or hospitality.
