Chef de Partie – 4-Star Luxury Hotel | London
£35,000 per year + Service Charge | 45 Hours | Permanent

We are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for a prestigious 4-star luxury hotel in East London, located close to Canary Wharf.

This is a strong opportunity for a confident CDP with a fresh-food background who is comfortable working across restaurant service, functions and larger events within a high-quality hotel environment.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for your section and support the wider kitchen team in delivering consistently high standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes across different sections

  • Supporting restaurant service and large-scale functions/events

  • Taking ownership of food preparation within your section

  • Working with fresh ingredients in a cook-to-order environment

  • Supporting and training Demi Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs

  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards

  • Working closely with the wider brigade during busy services

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous Chef de Partie experience within a busy professional kitchen

  • Strong fresh-food preparation and cook-to-order experience

  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety

  • Ability to work calmly and effectively during busy services

  • Strong team-working skills

  • Rosette-standard experience preferred, but not essential

  • Hotel, restaurant or high-volume events experience would be advantageous

  • £35,000 per year + service charge
