The Royal Armouries & New Dock Hall is the largest dedicated conference, events and Exhibition space in Leeds. Our venue offers world-class facilities for high-profile conferences, conventions, exhibitions, awards dinners and corporate events for up to 2,500 delegates, hosting more than 380 national and international events every year.

We’re looking for talented and enthusiastic Chefs of all levels to join our dedicated catering team. Working on a casual basis across a variety of shifts (between 07:00–21:30), you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding food that matches the scale and prestige of our events. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you’ll use the freshest, finest ingredients to produce innovative dishes in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Purpose of the role:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting delicious, high-quality food to menu specifications, on a day-to-day basis as well as special events
