Claim Handler & Client Service Human (Customer Champion) - Full Time: TEMP POSITION

We want Waggel to be the ultimate pet membership platform covering all aspects of pet ownership from health and nutrition to insurance and communities.

We are all about making sure that our members are treated like gold and that we live up to our promise of making insurance easy and rewarding.

We are looking for skilled vet nurses to join our team to help with our claim volumes for the next 6 months.

  • Independent - You are comfortable with responsibility and accountability.
  • Proactive - Stay on top of complaints so that customers feel heard.
  • Customer-centric - The customer experience is always put first.

Your responsibilities:

  • Handle all types of pet claims from start to finish. This can include chasing vet practices to submit the relevant medical documents asap.
  • Handle customer queries from start to finish with both potential customers and existing customers. This will include telephone conversations, real time messaging and answering emails.
  • Keeping customers in the loop. We want you to be hands-on with Waggel members. Pet insurance is scary and confusing and we believe that these feelings can be mitigated by being as human as possible.
  • Going the extra mile. We provide gifts for happy moments and write cards for the sad. We want you to take the initiative on what that “extra mile” means.

Requirements:

  • Qualified RVN or MRCVS.
  • Love people, but love their pets more.
  • Ideal candidate will be available to start within the next 4 weeks.
  • All equipment will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
