Position: Cleaner

Location: St George Wharf (Vauxhall) SW8 2FH

Working Hours: 08:00 - 15:00 Monday – Friday

Salary: £23,088 per annum 

Contract: Permanent

Set within a stunning riverside development spanning over 7 acres, this role is based at a flagship regeneration project that has transformed the local area. The site is home to 1,187 high-quality residential homes and offers a vibrant, modern environment just a few minutes’ walk from Vauxhall train station, with excellent transport links and a strong sense of community.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Cleaner at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • you’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
  • you’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
  • you’ll have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
  • You have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
  • your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
