We are looking for an exceptional Client Partner to join our Emerging & Scaled team, one of the fastest-growing units within Spotify’s Ad Sales organization. This role is perfect for someone who wakes up every morning excited to connect with clients and inspire them with the power of Spotify.

What You’ll Do

    • Client Strategy: Lead consultative selling to inspire clients and demonstrate how Spotify can achieve their business goals.
    • Business Development: Proactively identify and cultivate high-potential customer relationships across diverse verticals to grow a robust sales pipeline.
    • Sales Propositions: Craft and present effective sales propositions, leveraging the latest platform innovations, research, and key insights.
    • Sales Targets: Own and exceed ambitious revenue goals through strategic, entrepreneurial approaches that drive sustainable growth.
    • Strategic Insight & Reporting: Deliver actionable insights and detailed performance reports, analyzing campaigns to recommend improvements.
    • Product Expertise: Stay ahead of Spotify’s product innovations, identifying cross-selling opportunities to help clients succeed.
    • Pipeline Development: Skillfully manage multiple complex conversations, prioritizing engagements with efficiency using relevant software tools.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to create comprehensive strategies and optimize platform effectiveness.

Who You Are

    • Knowledgeable: You bring a minimum of 5+ years of experience managing pipelines and driving revenue in a digital advertising tech environment. Experience in audio advertising is a plus.
    • Local Market Knowledge: You have a good understanding of the Nordic advertising, media, adtech landscape, with relevant experience gained either locally or cross-border (like this role) preferred.
    • Organized & Self-Reliant: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with confidence.
    • Articulate: You are an effective communicator, clearly expressing both your stakeholders’ needs and your own.
    • Intrinsically Motivated: You are driven by your own goals and always aim to beat your personal best.
    • Results Oriented: You thrive on exceeding targets and making a tangible impact.
    • Team-Oriented: You believe in collaborative success, eager to learn from your peers and share your expertise.
    • English language fluency, spoken and written is required. Swedish language fluency is strongly preferred.

Where You’ll Be

    • This role is based in London
    • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week.
    • You’ll be open to periodic travel across the Nordic markets for client meetings, events, and team collaboration.
