In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to support procalcitonin (PCT) testing strategies in healthcare settings to advance the diagnosis of bacterial infection and antibiotic stewardship.<br><br><strong>The role is</strong><strong> requires approximately 70% of the individual’s time to be dedicated to supporting the Northern part of United Kingdom and 30% the Nordic regions, including Sweden, Norway, and Denmark <br><br></strong><strong>Description<br><br></strong><ul><li>Take accountability for account profiling, targeting, and developing of healthcare providers within designated region</li><li>Establish relationships with key customers from Laboratory Leadership, C-suite, and Clinical Leads</li><li>Define business strategies aligned with License Partners and related activities on target accounts</li><li>Gain agreement from key decision-makers for broad test utilization and hospital-wide protocol adoption</li><li>Analyze account dynamics to understand customer objectives and clinical challenges</li><li>Deliver education programs through 1:1 presentations and clinical sessions</li><li>Cooperate with regional Scientific Liaisons and Marketing teams to provide clinical insights</li><li>Represent Thermo Fisher at local, regional, national, and international meetings and events</li><li>Be accountable to an annual operating growth plan and specific activity metrics</li><li>Update relevant business data in the customer relationship management tool <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Medical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field (equivalent experience considered; PhD preferred)</li><li>3 - 5+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in diagnostic lab settings or customer development</li><li>Clinical/scientific background and experience in Health Economics and Market Access preferred</li><li>Proven track record in cross-functional healthcare environment</li><li>Strong analytical, presentation, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to establish and develop strong customer relationships</li><li>Experience with customer segmentation and account mapping</li><li>Proficiency with SFDC CRM, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook<br><br></li></ul>
