About The RoleField Sales Executive – BT B2B Sales

Location: London Patch

Base Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per year

OTE: £82,000 – £130,000 (Uncapped)

The RoleAs a Field Sales Executive , you\'ll work closely with our Field Sales Manager and become part of our BT Local Business team, representing the BT brand across Central, West & South London. You\'ll complete comprehensive BT and on-going training, gaining a globally recognised qualification to sell BT\'s full product portfolio and tailor solutions to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with our large desk-based lead generation team to manage qualified, pre-booked appointments

Attend face-to-face meetings and online webinars with prospects

Engage with senior decision-makers (owners, MDs, FDs, IT Directors)

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Sell the full range of BT products and services, with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling

Accurately record activity using Salesforce CRM

What We\'re Looking For

A driven, confident, and proactive sales professional

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Proven ability to meet targets in a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environment

Minimum of 2 years\' B2B sales experience (preferred)

Experience in telecoms or IT sales is highly desirable
