Location: Hybrid Working - 4 Days in our office in Bloomsbury, London & 1-day WFH

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Excellent Benefits

About the role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Cluster Sales Executive to join our Sales team and play a key role in growing revenue across our collection of unique Central London hotels.

What you'll be doing:

As a Cluster Sales Executive, you will support the growth of our corporate and agency business by proactively identifying new opportunities and developing strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new business leads and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and agencies.
  • Conducting client meetings, hotel show rounds, networking events and industry exhibitions.
  • Managing sales enquiries and converting opportunities into confirmed business.
  • Developing account plans and sales strategies for key clients.
  • Following up on referrals, leads and existing business opportunities.
  • Representing Imperial London Hotels professionally at sales trips, networking events and client entertainment activities.
  • Keeping up to date with our products, services, competitors and market trends.
  • Contributing ideas that help enhance and differentiate the Imperial London Hotels brand.

What we're looking for:

  • You are confident, personable and able to build rapport with people at all levels.
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and results driven.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating positive business relationships.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer engagement environment.
