B-Engineering is growing, and we're looking for an experienced commercial gas engineer to grow with us.

This is a role for someone who takes real pride in their work someone who wants to join a company that backs its engineers with modern kit, a steady stream of quality work, and a genuine path to develop their career, not just fill a rota gap.

What you'll be doing

You'll be out across a variety of commercial sites, installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing gas systems and associated equipment. Some days will be planned maintenance, others reactive you'll need to diagnose faults quickly and get them fixed right first time. You'll keep your paperwork tight, your safety standards non-negotiable, and your client relationships strong; our customers notice the engineers who show up and do it properly.

What you'll bring

  • Valid commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a commercial gas engineer, with installation and small works under your belt
  • Strong fault-finding instincts and a genuine problem-solving mindset
  • A full UK driving licence
  • The confidence to work independently, and the collaborative streak to work as part of a team
  • Oil and LPG experience is a bonus, not a barrier
