Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
  • Support the kitchen team in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of orders during service hours
  • Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
  • Contribute to the presentation of dishes, ensuring they meet quality standards before serving
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline kitchen operations and improve overall efficiency
  • Serve food to guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring excellent customer service
Experience
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment or culinary setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Hands-on experience with meal preparation and serving in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
