As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, you will be confident and experienced in helping students achieve their potential.</p><br><br>What We Are Looking For:<br><br><p>In a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant we are looking for:</p><p> </p><ul><li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> Previous experience working within a classroom setting, particularly with children and young adults who have additional needs.</p></li><li><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is ideal, though we also love to hear from experienced candidates with a strong background in care or support work.</p></li><li><p><strong>Specialist Knowledge:</strong> A solid understanding of Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASD) and various learning difficulties.</p></li><li><p><strong>Key Skills:</strong> Knowledge of phonics and sign language (such as Makaton or BSL) is highly desirable and will be a wonderful asset in these roles.</p></li><li><p><strong>Personal Qualities:</strong> A warm, patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach, with a genuine passion for inclusive education.</p></li></ul><p>If you are ready to embark on a fulfilling new chapter in your career and help incredible young people thrive, and you are based in Wirral, we would love to hear from you!
