Concierge / Workplace Experience Host

As a Concierge / Workplace Experience Host, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent, high-standard front-of-house service while supporting the day-to-day operation of the client suite and meeting spaces.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide a professional meet and greet service for all visitors, clients, and employees

  • Create a welcoming and well-managed client suite environment

  • Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up correctly and ready for use throughout the day

  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate room changes where required

  • Support the delivery and setup of hospitality services for meetings and events

  • Liaise with catering, facilities, and security teams to ensure a seamless service

  • Carry out basic troubleshooting of meeting room equipment and escalate issues where necessary

  • Use client systems (e.g. helpdesk portals and booking tools) to log, track, and complete tasks

  • Maintain strong communication across multiple service teams to ensure service continuity

  • Ensure all areas remain clean, organised, and presentable at all times

  • Support workplace colleagues and provide cover across functions where required

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in a corporate reception, concierge, or hospitality role

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional approach

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confidence in handling guest queries and resolving issues effectively

  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone

  • A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to work as part of a team

  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling feedback or challenges

This is a client-facing role within a high-profile corporate environment, requiring a strong focus on service delivery, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive working relationships across multiple teams.
