Our team ensures the smooth operation of the month-end process, delivering accurate financial results to stakeholders. What you\'ll be doing Completing and submitting monthly balance sheet certifications and onward submission to NBS Producing timely and accurate financial and management information according to group and internal requirements Carrying out financial consolidation activities as directed by the Consolidation Manager Contributing to the Interim Financial Report and Annual Report and Accounts, owning several disclosure notes Participating in ad hoc projects Collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes Generating financial data like subsidiary control files for management decision-making Ensuring effective financial controls are maintained daily We need you to have Part-qualified or QBE in professional accounting qualification Strong experience in month-end reporting, manual entries, and technical accounting Excellent reporting and Excel skills, with an eye for discrepancies and errors Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in preparing consolidated financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) What we would like you to have Understanding of existing finance processes Knowledge of VMUK PLC organization and stakeholder management Familiarity with financial systems like FCCS, Oracle, and Microsoft packages Red Hot Rewards Generous holidays, including bank holidays and options to buy more Up to five extra paid well-being days annually 20 weeks paid family leave for expectant parents and adopters Market-leading pension Free private medical cover and life assurance Flexible benefits such as Cycle to Work, wellness assessments, and critical illness cover Benefits start from day one.
