Construction Administrative Assistant (UK Market Experience)

RemoteVA PH is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant with a strong understanding of the UK construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing professional quotes for various companies, maintaining administrative workflows, and providing light secretary support. This position requires knowledge of quoting procedures specific to UK construction standards, and proficiency with tools such as QuickBooks and Monday.com. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage quotes for construction projects based on client requirements. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to gather accurate cost estimates. Maintain records of quotes and track status updates using Monday.com. Perform general administrative and secretarial duties (email management, scheduling, data entry, etc.). Assist in generating financial documents and simple reporting via QuickBooks. Ensure documents are accurately formatted and meet professional standards. Proven experience in the UK construction industry or in a similar quoting/admin role. Proficiency with QuickBooks and Monday.com is a must. Strong understanding of how quotes work in construction (materials, labour, overhead, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment. Preferred: Experience working with virtual teams or remote clients. Familiarity with UK-specific construction terms and documentation practices.
