We are The Boot Repair Company – specialists in repairing, refurbishing, reconditioning and reselling footwear and apparel for some of the most recognisable brands in the world. From luxury leather shoes to sneakers to climbing footwear, we restore items for customers and brands all over the UK and Europe.

With workshops in Leeds, Essex, and The Netherlands, we aim to combine traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques to deliver exceptional shoe repairs to all our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Build: Take full ownership of planning, launching, and growing our eBay Store social media
  • Host Live Auctions: Plan, direct, and present live auction broadcasts across our online channels, keeping energy high and viewers engaged.
  • Content Generation: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to build anticipation for upcoming stock drops, live events and other opportunities.
  • Creative Strategy: Brainstorm and pitch fresh ideas directly to the Marketing Manager. Your ideas will be listened to, tested, and given room to flourish.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with viewers during live streams and respond to comments to foster an active, loyal audience base.
  • Performance Tracking: Review broadcast metrics and content performance alongside the Marketing Manager to continuously refine our approach.

  • Organized & Reliable: Able to manage your flexible part-time hours efficiently to hit key event schedules and content deadlines.
  • Located Near Leeds: Able to attend in person planning meetings, create content or do live broadcasts from our site in Leeds as required.
