Courier customer services and warehouse work

We are looking for a COURIER CUSTOMER SERVICES / LOGISTICS CLERK!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy, working with people and learning how a fast-moving business operates. You don’t need years of experience — we’re looking for the right attitude, a willingness to learn and someone who takes pride in getting things done.

What you’ll be doing

  • Arranging daily collections and deliveries with approved courier providers
  • Booking domestic and international shipments through courier portals
  • Preparing shipping labels, customs documentation and delivery paperwork
  • Tracking shipments and proactively dealing with any delivery issues or delays
  • Keeping customers and internal teams updated on delivery progress
  • Working closely with the warehouse team to prioritise urgent shipments
  • Helping with stock movements and general warehouse administration when needed
  • Making sure orders are packed and dispatched accurately and within agreed timeframes
  • Getting involved in the day-to-day running of a busy logistics operation
  • Carrying out lifting and manual handling safely and in line with company guidelines
