Encourage and promote diversity and inclusivity in all aspects of work. Monitor intern progress and provide feedback for growth and development. Foster a supportive and dynamic environment for interns to learn and thrive. Represent the organization's commitment to diversity and inclusion in all interactions. Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion policies. Collaborate with other departments to incorporate diversity and inclusivity in projects and initiatives. Attend and participate in diversity and inclusion training and workshops. Promote the CRBA Summer Diversity Internship Scheme and encourage diverse candidates to apply.
