What You'll Be Doing As a Credit Hire Claims Handler, you will manage a caseload of pre-litigated delegated authority credit hire claims, investigating the legitimacy of claims, identifying potential fraud indicators and supporting insurer clients in achieving the best possible outcomes. You'll work within a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment, gaining exposure to high-value claims of up to £100,000 and opportunities for continued career development. You will be responsible for: Managing a

caseload of pre-litigated credit hire claims. Investigating claims to identify fraud indicators and assess claim validity. Liaising with credit hire companies, insurer clients and other stakeholders. Contributing to claims strategy and client engagement activities. Maintaining accurate records, case management systems and updates. Working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting departmental initiatives. Supporting HF's values through participation in wellbeing, charity and engagement activities. What Do I Need? We're keen to hear from candidates who have experience within insurance, a credit hire company, or a credit hire law firm and who are looking to develop their career within a specialist credit hire team. Ideally, you'll have: Experience handling delegated authority claims or credit hire claims. An understanding of credit hire litigation and fraud detection. Knowledge of insurance claims handling processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
