Customer Advisor - Argos
Overview
As a Customer Advisor in one of our standalone stores, you’ll provide the best shopping experience for customers visiting our stores to shop or collect online orders. Argos is a leading UK digital retailer offering convenience, choice and value across a wide range of products.
Eligibility
- You must be above the school-leaver age in your country (School leaving age - GOV.UK)
- You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
- Most roles are part-time with shifts including weekdays and weekends. Hours are scheduled to fit around availability and may vary week to week.
What you’ll be doing
- Ensure customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
- Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, discuss our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds.
- Be present on the shop floor to help customers with questions and provide product recommendations; support in the stock room when the store is quiet.
- Build knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
