As a Customer Advisor, you’ll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.

Eligibility:

  • You must be above the school-leaver age in your country School leaving age - GOV.UK
  • You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
  • Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.
Please note this is a fixed term assignment until 09/01/2027

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages to replenish items across the store, keeping our shelves tidy and full of well-presented products.
  • Help customers to the car with 2 man lift heavy items (washing machines, fridges etc.)
  • Always ready to serve our customers brilliantly, supporting with any questions, and proactively offering help
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
  • Helping across the store as needed and supporting with deliveries as required
