This job role involves working through the night. We cannot consider applications from anyone under the age of 18, in accordance with health and safety legislation to ensure our colleagues\' safety.

Please note that the £3.00 p/h unsocial premium applies only to hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

Purpose

To deliver a great shopping experience, we seek colleagues who prioritize customers over tasks, promoting our products and representing the face of our business. You will help us improve by being the voice of our customers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are stocked.
  • Monitor and meet daily sales targets, promotions, and opportunities.
  • Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Develop product knowledge to recommend our products and services.
  • Utilize digital tools and communication channels effectively, with provided training.
