Job responsibilities: As a Customer Service Advisor here in Hull, you will be dealing with a range of contact from our client’s customers. This will be primarily dealing with client’s cases and making outbound phone calls, but can also include a range of other contact methods. You will also be: Taking ownership and managing cases by engaging across our client’s platform. Tailoring the customer journey and ensure they receive the correct information. Building positive relationships with customers that encourage, motivate and build trust by demonstrating empathy and compassion. Handling sensitive and challenging situations with all clients in a positive way. Making decisions by examining the available facts and giving explanations to clients as required. Working effectively with colleagues across the service.   What we need from you Good communication skills: the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers over the phone. Empathy: the ability to understand and relate to the customer's perspective. Patience: the ability to remain calm and composed. Adaptability: the ability to handle a wide variety of customer interactions and adjust communication style as necessary. Positive attitude: the ability to remain positive and upbeat even during difficult customer interactions.
