<strong>Customer Service Advisor (Housing Repairs) - PART TIME </strong><br><strong>Location:</strong> West London<br><strong>Contract:</strong> 3 Months Ongoing<br><strong>Hours:</strong> Part Time – Minimum 22.5 hours per week<br><strong>Working Hours:</strong> Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 6:15pm<br><strong>Working Pattern:</strong> Hybrid after training<br><br>We are currently recruiting for a <strong>Customer Service Advisor (Housing Repairs)</strong> to join a local authority in West London on a 3-month ongoing contract.<br>You will be the first point of contact for residents contacting the council about housing services and repairs, providing a professional, helpful and customer-focused service across a range of channels.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as the single point of contact for customers contacting the council regarding housing services and repairs.</li><ul><li>Respond to customer enquiries at the first point of contact.</li><li>Handle enquiries via telephone, email, web, social media and post.</li><li>Provide accurate and timely information to residents.</li><li>Ensure customers receive a positive and consistent experience.</li><li>Meet agreed performance targets and contribute to high customer satisfaction levels.</li><li>Provide a reliable, responsive and customer-focused service.</li><li>Ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.</li><li>Promote value for money and responsive housing services.</li><li>Act as a positive role model and maintain high standards of customer service.</li></ul></ul>Working Arrangements<ul><li>Part-time position with a minimum of <strong>22.5 hours per week</strong>.</li><ul><li>Working hours will be agreed between <strong>8:00am and 6:15pm, Monday to Friday</strong>.</li><li>Approximately <strong>4 weeks of training will be office-based</strong>.</li><li>Following successful completion of training, the role will move to a <strong>hybrid working arrangement</strong>.</li><li><strong>3-month ongoing contract</strong>.</li></ul></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous customer service or contact centre experience in HOUSING REPAIRS </li><ul><li>Experience dealing with customers by telephone and other communication channels.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong telephone manner and ability to handle customer enquiries professionally.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.</li><li>Experience within housing, repairs or a local authority environment would be advantageous.</li><li>Strong IT and administration skills.</li></ul></ul>Apply Now - If you have strong customer service experience and are looking for a part-time opportunity within a local authority housing repairs environment, we would love to hear from you.
