Customer Service Advisor (Maternity Cover)

* Please note: whilst this is a remote job, you will need to live locally in Norfolk as training will take place in our head office.

We are Sweetzy, one of the largest Pick 'n' Mix online retailers in the UK, we offer lots of sweet treats to our customers, at an affordable price, whilst helping to minimise unnecessary waste to the environment and we are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor (Maternity Cover) to join our team.

The role will be home based and is offered on a part time basis of 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with a planned start date of 30th November 2026 . This position would be great for someone who is looking for a flexible role and needs a job to work around their life style.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responding to online queries
  • Responding to Trustpilot queries and reviews
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Processing customer returns
  • Liaising with external companies when any discrepancies arise
  • Any other tasks set by the Operations and/or Office Manager

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Zendesk would be an advantage
  • Driving license/access to a vehicle due to the location (for training only)

Full training and equipment will be provided.

Training will take place at our head office in Hethel, Norfolk, NR14 8QR, access to a car is essential for this duration (min one week) as there are no public transport routes that service the area.
