<strong>Customer Service Advisor x8</strong><strong>Location: Harlow, Essex</strong><strong>Salary: £28,517 per annum</strong><strong>Start Date: Monday 21st September</strong><strong>Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)</strong><strong>Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly: Week 1: 8:00am - 4:30pm / Week 2: 9:30am - 6:00pm</strong><strong>Working Pattern: Office-based during training and probation, with hybrid working available after successful completion of the 6-month probation period.</strong> We're looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a growing customer operations team based in Harlow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive organisation where delivering an excellent customer experience is at the heart of everything they do. This is a busy, office-based role where you'll handle a variety of customer enquiries, investigate issues, provide updates, and work closely with internal teams to ensure every customer receives a professional and efficient service.<strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong><ul><li>Handling inbound customer enquiries over the phone.</li><li>Taking ownership of customer queries from initial contact through to resolution.</li><li>Investigating customer issues and gathering relevant information.</li><li>Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.</li><li>Liaising with internal departments to resolve enquiries efficiently.</li><li>Providing excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.</li><li>Completing administration and ensuring all case notes are accurate.</li><li>Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.</li></ul><strong>What We're Looking For</strong><ul><li>Previous customer service or contact centre experience.</li><li>Excellent communication and listening skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.</li><li>Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.</li><li>A positive, resilient and professional approach.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><strong>Training</strong>Successful candidates will start on Monday 21st September 2026 and complete a comprehensive three-week training programme.
