We are looking for a full time and two part time customer service advisors to join our team in Scarborough, to carry out a range of administrative tasks and be the first point of contact for Beyond Housing customers, providing an excellent and efficient customer service.

The full time role is 37 hours per week, and the part time roles are both 18.5 hours per week.

You'll need to be resilient, professional, and friendly, with the confidence to manage a variety of administrative tasks, communication channels, telephone calls, and face-to-face customer contact - sometimes in challenging situations.

It's a face-paced, target-driven job where being organised and retaining key information is essential to delivering timely, effective support to your team and customers.
