Up-skill through one-on-one coaching and skill-sharing sessions in vital areas such as: customer service, sales, negotiation, confidence, motivation, leadership, recruitment, and finance. Training: Learn tried and tested techniques for higher rates of customer acquisition, customer engagement, customer service, and sales retention. OTE of up to £25-£30k within your first year, paid on a weekly basis from commission-based earnings for hitting daily/weekly targets for this self-employed role. Attend initial training in the office and ongoing skill development sessions to enhance your ability to make sales and provide an excellent customer experience. The main purposes to provide a face for the brand, create brand awareness and produce sales on behalf of you client. Provide valuable feedback on locations and sales statistics/ratios to help the company understand and improve its processes. Full-time Availability: MUST be able to work 5 full days a week - this role is not suitable for students, or current international students due to the full-time commitment required. No Experience Necessary: Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to undergo training and attend skill development sessions to quickly improve sales ability. Commitment: Must be willing and able to commute daily to the office based in London. Communication Skills: Must have great English speaking skills and be comfortable communicating with a wide range of the public.
