You will become a key employee and deliver exceptional customer service at all times. You will provide accurate and professional support across a range of enquiries, ensuring customers receive the highest standard of service while working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver excellent customer service via telephone and email.</li> <li>Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from relevant colleagues and prospective customers.</li> <li>Process orders accurately and efficiently.</li> <li>Investigate customer queries, resolve issues wherever possible and communicate outcomes clearly and professionally.</li> <li>Make proactive outbound calls to customers regarding account information, products and services.</li> <li>Support the Finance team by processing payments securely over the telephone or online where required.</li> <li>Respond to customer enquiries relating to payments and account information.</li> <li>Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer issues, concerns or potential service impacts are communicated promptly.</li> <li>Welcome and assist visitors, maintaining a professional and courteous reception service.</li> <li>Contact customers regarding items that require further information or replacement.</li> <li>Register and maintain accurate customer records within internal systems.</li> <li>Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer information in line with company procedures and GDPR requirements.</li> <li>Provide administrative support to the Customer Services, Customer Experience and Accounts teams as required.</li> <li>Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role to support the wider business.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>A professional and confident telephone manner.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.</li> <li>Good data entry and computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.</li> <li>Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment.</li> <li>Strong organisational and multitasking skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.</li> <li>GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications in English and Mathematics.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working within a healthcare.</li> <li>Experience handling customer payments or supporting finance-related processes.</li> <li>Knowledge of CRM or customer database systems.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Refer a friend and earn a retail voucher worth up to 500!</strong></p> <p>Unfortunately, due to high numbers of applications, we are only able to respond to shortlisted applicants.
