We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a successful and growing specialist distributor, for a Customer Services & Sales Support Representative. Working closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues, you'll play a key role in ensuring enquiries, orders and after-sales support are handled efficiently while maintaining the highest levels of customer service. The Role * Provide professional support to customers via telephone and email. * Process customer orders, enquiries and sales support requests accurately. * Manage returns, replacement orders, refunds and exchanges. * Resolve customer issues quickly, offering practical solutions where required. * Investigate and respond to customer complaints, ensuring a positive outcome. * Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners and internal departments to keep customers updated. * Escalate recurring issues and help identify improvements to service. * Produce clear, professional email correspondence and maintain accurate customer records. The Ideal Customer Services & Sales Support Representative Will Have * Previous customer service experience within a commercial business environment is essential. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose professional emails independently. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Good IT skills and confidence using business systems. * A positive, proactive and customer-focused approach. * Experience in a sales support or order processing environment would be advantageous. * Knowledge of technical products such as networking, point-of-sale, Auto-ID or similar equipment would be beneficial but is not essential. This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working as part of a close-knit team where everyone contributes to the success of the business.
