We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the health and wellness industry looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Help customers choose the right product based on their needs.
  • Answer questions about product usage, troubleshooting, shipping, warranties, and returns.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up when needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a call center.
  • Confident handling phone conversations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage email, chat, and phone support simultaneously.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Experience

  • Health, wellness, beauty, or medical industry.
  • Shopify or similar support platforms.
