Job Description



Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile and match data across multiple systems using unique identifiers
  • Carry out data cleansing activities within the Client, Site & Contract Management System
  • Analyse and interpret data from different sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve data issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with operational teams to verify and validate information
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and integrity
  • Support ongoing improvements to data processes and systems

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills
  • Highly methodical, accurate, and detail-focused
  • Comfortable working with data across multiple systems
  • Ability to analyse, interpret, and reconcile data effectively
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams
  • Experience working with operational systems or databases (desirable)
  • Understanding of the importance of data accuracy and governance
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage workload independently
