What You'll Do


  • Define and shape AI and data strategies that drive business growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
  • Assess AI and data maturity and identify the capabilities, technologies, operating models, and governance required for transformation.
  • Develop business cases, investment strategies, and implementation roadmaps for AI-led initiatives.
  • Design AI-enabled operating models, platform strategies, and future-ready data foundations.
  • Embed Responsible AI principles into enterprise strategy and transformation programmes.
  • Identify opportunities to commercialise AI products and services and accelerate value creation.
  • Translate complex data and technology concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders across all levels, from business teams to senior executives, to drive successful outcomes.
  • Lead or contribute to workstreams, large-scale transformation programmes, business development activities, and go-to-market initiatives depending on your level of experience.

  • A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to apply technology to complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong programme and project management capabilities.
  • Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset, with an interest in shaping new opportunities and driving innovation.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in consulting, industry, technology, or transformation environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • MBA, Master's degree, or other relevant advanced qualification.
