This is a new and exciting role in a growth area of the business. Working closely with the Digital Campaign Manager and wider Digital Marketing team, this role will assist in the management of our digital media campaigns. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a basic understanding of developing digital media campaigns that wants to learn, grow and develop in a fast-paced environment and has an eye for fashion and great creative.

What You’ll Do as a Digital Campaign Assistant


We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across key platforms, working closely with the Digital Campaign Manager, Digital Campaign Officers, and media agency partners.
  • Create and manage campaign assets and content, including writing ad copy, preparing asset briefs, reviewing content before launch, and ensuring alignment with brand tone of voice and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative teams, media agencies, international markets, organic social, and fashion communications teams to deliver effective campaigns and creative assets.
  • Attend briefing sessions and communicate key priorities, ensuring campaigns are accurately briefed, delivered on time, and tailored appropriately for local market execution.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Ads Manager, providing insights and supporting continuous optimisation.
  • Research and share digital marketing and paid media trends, identifying new opportunities and creative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring strong attention to detail, effective asset management, and support for additional business requirements as needed.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing, with an understanding of performance marketing channels and how campaigns contribute to overall success.
  • Strong interest in fashion retail, including knowledge of current fashion trends and how to effectively market them to consumers.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across a wide range of teams and functions.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to clearly relay information to key stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated, with experience reviewing content for accuracy and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
