The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on digital dental technician to become part of our UK team. The primary focus of this role is the training and support of our digital dental solutions, particularly within dental laboratories. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients maximise the value of their systems through expert guidance, technical assistance, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and technical support (onsite and remote) on systems including:
  • CAD/CAM software: 3Shape Dental System and Exocad
  • Roland DG Shape milling machines
  • 3D printers
  • Handle customer support via phone and email
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve support issues efficiently
  • Create and maintain training protocols, including instructional videos
  • Assist in product demonstrations and sales support
  • Identify new leads and upselling opportunities
  • Represent ESM Digital Solutions at dental events and exhibitions
  • Other duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a dental laboratory
  • Solid knowledge of digital dentistry and CAD/CAM workflows
  • Confident user of 3Shape Dental System and Exocad Dental Cad software
  • Practical experience with 3D printers and milling machines in a dental setting
  • Skilled trainer with strong presentation and communication abilities
  • Proficient with Office 365 and comfortable working with tech
  • Problem-solver with great time management
  • Capable of working independently and within a team

Must have:

  • Dental Technology Qualification
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Home office with high-speed internet
