Make sure there are good and effective governance structures in place, backed up by thorough reporting.Lead the CTO/Digital function through change effectively, taking the right steps when performance goes beyond of agreed-upon limits. This will involve strategising how to use specialised or expert resources across projects.Give advice and direction on buying IT systems and negotiating supply contracts when necessary.Be in charge of change management, which includes holding workshops with important stakeholders, making sure that workers are involved in the change process, and making sure that communication is clear and effective.
