Direct-Response VSL Editor (Long-Form Meta Ads), Remote Job

About us

AATTOM Group LLC is a US direct-to-consumer company in the health space. We do 8 figures a year, and Meta ads are our engine. We share the brand and the product with candidates we shortlist. Everything we build, we test: last week alone we shipped 200 static ads. Now we are moving into long-form video.

The role

You will own our VSLs: 5 to 7 minute direct-response videos that take a cold viewer from "I have this problem" to "I'm buying". We write the scripts. You turn them into videos that hold attention for six minutes.

What you'll do

  • Edit 2 finished VSLs per day from approved scripts.

  • Source all visuals yourself: stock, AI-generated footage, screen recordings, motion graphics. We do not film.

  • Build the pacing, the subtitles, the sound design and the music.

  • Deliver in 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16.

  • Cut short-form ads from the VSLs that win.

  • Read the results with us: we tell you which videos spend, and why.

What we're looking for

  • Someone who edits to sell, not to impress. Your videos are judged on spend and ROAS, and we show you the numbers.

  • Real direct-response experience: ads that ran and had to sell. Tell us the brands.

  • Speed with a system: templates, a b-roll library, AI tools. Two videos a day is the bar.

  • You do the work yourself. No subcontracting.

  • Comfortable with a locked script and free rein on the visuals.

What we offer

  • $2,500 to $5,000 a month, reviewed after 90 days on performance.

  • Consistent volume, every week, no dry months.

  • Fast, timecoded feedback within 24 hours, and no committee.

  • Direct access to the founder, and the ad account numbers behind your work.

How to apply

Send two links to long-form work you edited yourself, the brands behind them, and one paragraph on what keeps someone watching a six-minute video. Start your message with DISC.
