Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities and potential risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy in strategic planning and execution. Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies, including market analysis, pricing, and product positioning. Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions to support business growth. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and ensure BAE Systems is meeting their expectations. Provide guidance and support to the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and profitability.
