Owen Reed is looking for a Document Centre Specialist for a top law firm. Job Title: Document Centre Specialist Contract: Part-Time | 15 Month FTC Location: Fully Remote Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 The Role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Document Centre Specialist to join a dynamic Document Centre team on a 15-month fixed-term basis. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality document production services. You will act as a key point of contact for document services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery at all times. Key Responsibilities Produce accurate, high-quality documents in line with templates, brand guidelines, and best practices Act as a key client interface for Document Centre services Deliver work to tight deadlines with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction Manage multiple tasks and workflows effectively in a fast-paced environment Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Liaise with Document Centre Managers and provide workflow support where required Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring a professional and responsive service Support continuous improvement and personal development initiatives About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in document production within a professional services environment Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Strong understanding of document production practices and technologies Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently High level of integrity and professionalism Flexible and adaptable with a ‘can-do’ attitude Desirable Experience within a legal or professional services environment Knowledge of workflow management systems Salary: GBP 30000 - 40000 per year Experience: 3 years required
