What you’ll be doing

  • Producing, editing and formatting complex legal documents to tight deadlines
  • Creating and amending documents in Word, PowerPoint and Excel using firm templates
  • Supporting pitch documents, presentations and client‑facing materials
  • Troubleshooting formatting, styles and document issues
  • Managing and prioritising evening workflow requests
  • Monitoring incoming work and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Acting as a key point of contact for document production during evening hours
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and quality standards at all times

About you

  • Proven experience in legal document production or document services
  • Advanced MS Word skills; strong PowerPoint and Excel capability
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently and making decisions within guidelines
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Professional, service‑focused communicator
  • Experience with workflow tools (e.g. BigHand) advantageous
