Duties

  • Conduct friendly, professional door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods to introduce our home improvement services
  • Engage homeowners through clear, compelling communication to generate interest and schedule appointments for consultations
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, update client information, and manage follow-ups efficiently
  • Qualify potential clients by assessing their needs and explaining the benefits of our solutions in detail
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and scheduled appointments
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times to represent the company effectively
  • Communicate fluently in English; Spanish language skills are a plus for reaching diverse communities
Experience
  • Previous experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or telemarketing is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage customer interactions and data
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly
  • Proven ability to work independently while staying motivated and goal-oriented
  • Experience conducting door-to-door canvassing or appointment setting in a sales environment is preferred
  • Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are advantageous for engaging a broader customer base
