Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the frontline champion of the reputed company customer experience. Essential Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse customers and team members. Experience in a supervisory or coordinator role within a retail environment (or equivalent leadership experience). Proficiency in operating cash registers, handling money, and reconciling cash drawers. Physical ability to lift heavy merchandise and stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Discretion in handling confidential information and a strong sense of integrity. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a fast‑paced retail setting with a focus on customer service excellence.
