SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be working with a warm and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Islington, who are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join their Children's Centre team immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and well-established setting, with the potential for a longer-term or permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

£17.05 - £18.05 per hour (PAYE)

Working Hours/Shifts

  • 08:00am - 04:00pm
  • 09:00am - 05:00pm
  • 10:00am - 06:00pm

The Role

The successful candidate will support children within the school's Children's Centre for children under the age of 3. The role will involve working across both the baby room and toddler room throughout the day, providing support wherever required within the setting.

You will help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that supports children's early development through play, routine, and positive interactions. Working closely with the wider Early Years team, you will support children's communication, confidence, independence, and overall wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate

The school would love to hear from experienced Early Years Educators, Nursery Practitioners, and Early Years Practitioners who:

  • Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent or higher)
  • Have previous experience working within an Early Years setting
  • Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Are nurturing, reliable, and adaptable
  • Can support learning through play and structured activities
  • Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families
  • Work effectively as part of a team
