We are proud to partner with a premier global logistics and cargo operator at East Midlands Airport, supplying dedicated staff for their expanding airport operations.</p> <p>The Role</p> <p>We are looking for <strong>r</strong>eliable, hardworking and flexible individuals to join our team at East Midlands Airport.</p> <p>As a Cargo Warehouse Operative / Logistics Assistant, you will help handle cargo, manage incoming and outgoing freight, and ensure a smooth and efficient logistics process for international cargo flights.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Loading and unloading cargo flights and transport vehicles</li> <li>Sorting and scanning packages quickly and accurately</li> <li>Checking labels and documentation to ensure cargo reaches the correct destination</li> <li>Moving and handling cargo safely within the warehouse</li> <li>Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and safe</li> <li>Following all airport safety, security and operational procedures</li> <li>Working effectively as part of a busy team</li> </ul> <p>Shift Patterns Flexibility Essential</p> <p><strong>Applicants must be fully flexible and able to work a variety of shift patterns.</strong></p> <p>East Midlands Airport operates 24/7, so shifts can include:</p> <ul> <li>Day shifts</li> <li>Night shifts</li> <li>Early starts and late finishes</li> <li>Weekends</li> <li>Bank holidays</li> <li>Rotating shift patterns</li> </ul> <p>Please only apply if you are able to work flexibly across different shifts, including nights and weekends when required.</p> <p>The exact rate will depend on your experience and the specific shift pattern you work.
