eBay Listing Specialist for Aviation & Classic Automobile Segments

We are looking for an experienced marketplace listing specialist to support our established and growing businesses in the aviation and classic automobile sectors, including a strong focus on German automotive parts out of the United States. This is a long-term collaboration for the right individual or team. We work with technical, high-value items and are seeking someone who enjoys creating accurate, clear, and professional listings that convert well and reduce back-and-forth with buyers. We welcome international applicants. What We Provide You will be supported with Clear internal listing guidelines and templates Professional product photos Verified part numbers and reference data Pricing guidance and market positioning Your task is to transform this information into high-quality listings across multiple sales channels. Your Responsibilities Create professional listings for eBay Facebook Marketplace Other relevant online marketplaces (as applicable) Research part numbers, alternates, and compatibility when needed Write structured, search-friendly descriptions that build buyer confidence Maintain consistent quality and formatting across platforms (Optional) Support external promotion if you have experience and proven results Who We’re Looking For Proven experience creating professional marketplace listings Comfortable working with technical or detailed products Strong research skills and attention to detail Clear written English (German or additional languages are a plus) Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Experience with aviation parts, automotive parts, or classic vehicles is highly valued, but excellent general marketplace experience is also welcome. Compensation We compensate well. Compensation is performance- and quality-based and will be discussed individually, depending on experience, consistency, and results.
