Ecommerce Specialist – Remote (UK/EU)

Job description:

We’re seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist with strong expertise in Meta and TikTok-driven D2C brands. This is a strategy-focused role for someone who can build, analyze, and scale eCommerce stores using paid social traffic and data-driven product selection.

Ideal for someone who thinks beyond execution, with strong knowledge of performance marketing, product research, and store optimization.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Know how to build and optimize eCommerce stores for Meta & TikTok sales
  • Identify winning products through ad performance and competitor research
  • Knowledgeable in tools like Atria / Foreplay (or similar) to analyze competitor ads and find winning products
  • Study and decide which products to place in the store based on winning Meta/TikTok ads and competitor data
  • Plan and structure product pages and store layouts for maximum conversion
  • Support product selection and scaling strategy for D2C brands, mainly Meta-driven sales and other paid channels

You should have:

  • Experience in D2C eCommerce (Meta / TikTok focus)
  • Strong understanding of paid social advertising
  • Strong understanding of how paid ads work on Meta and TikTok (campaign structure, performance drivers, scaling principles)
  • Ability to identify and validate winning products from ad data
  • Experience with ad intelligence / competitor research tools
  • Strong strategic thinking (not just execution)
  • Have worked with fast-scaling D2C brands
  • Understand funnel optimization and conversion psychology
  • Have scaled products from ads to store to profit
  • This is a high-impact strategic role, not entry-level. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of product selection and store performance.

$1,600/month + performance-based bonuses
