Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in EDC technology and make recommendations for adoption. Develop and maintain documentation for the EDC platform and related processes. Manage user access and permissions for the EDC platform. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and system security. Participate in the validation and testing of new features and enhancements for the EDC platform. Provide training and support to end-users on the EDC platform and related tools. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures in all EDC platform activities. Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to maintain and improve the EDC platform. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of the EDC platform. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
