The opportunity As EIS Manager in Insurance Consulting you will participate in various streams of Insurance platform implementation projects, collaborate with agile team members in order to achieve project and client goals and be a part of Business Insurance Transformations. Your key responsibilities Need to work as a Technical Lead to contribute in various technical streams of EIS implementation projects. Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators. Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team. Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects. Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis. Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives. EIS Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities. Cooperating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new EIS technologies/solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes. Reporting the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review Designing, testing, and implementing new EIS solutions/modules – conducting workshops, pilots, proof-of-concept initiatives, and deploying new or improved system features. Skills and attributes for success BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc. Must have hands-on experience in Insurance - Policy Core / Billing Core / Claims Core / Customer Core. Must have experience in core technical skills: Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring boot Microservices Web Service (Rest & SOAP), Apache Camel - CXF, Kafka. Experience in Insurance domain – Property & Casualty. To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, other Technical qualification. 9+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar positions. Strong communication skills. Excellent business communication skills. Ideally, you’ll also have Experience in OpenL Tablets.Knowledge of Vue.js. Certificates proving certain skills: Java, Spring, SQL, AWS or Azure Cloud, Angular, React. Experience in agile / scrum methodology. Experience in Auto (Motor) & Home LoB implementation using EIS. Good understanding of Agile methodology. Experience in client facing roles.
