<p><strong>Senior Employment Solicitor – 6+ PQE</strong></p><p><strong>London | Highly Competitive Salary + Bonus + Commission</strong></p><p><br></p><p>An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced <strong>Employment Solicitor (6+ PQE)</strong> to join a well-established specialist employment law practice with a strong existing caseload.</p><p>This is an attractive opportunity for a senior employment lawyer looking for high-quality work without the pressure of having to bring an existing client following.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You will handle a<strong> mixed employment law caseload</strong>, acting for both <strong>employers and employees</strong> across contentious and non-contentious matters.</p><p>The practice has a substantial flow of existing work, allowing the successful candidate to focus on developing client relationships and delivering excellent legal advice rather than being expected to arrive with a portable following.</p><p>The caseload will include a broad range of employment matters, including:</p><ul><li>Employment contracts, policies and procedures</li><li>Disciplinary and grievance matters</li><li>Redundancy and restructuring</li><li>Discrimination and whistleblowing</li><li>Unfair and wrongful dismissal</li><li>Settlement agreements</li><li>Employment Tribunal litigation</li><li>General strategic and day-to-day employment advice to employers</li><li>Advising senior executives and individual employees</li></ul><li><br></li><p><strong>The Candidate</strong></p><p>Applications are invited from <strong>Employment Solicitors with 6+ years' PQE</strong> who have strong technical employment law experience and are confident handling their own caseload.</p><p><strong>No following is required.</strong> There is a substantial existing caseload available for the successful candidate.</p><p>Candidates who enjoy business development and introducing their own work will be rewarded with commission on work introduced.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Remuneration</strong></p><p>Highly competitive remuneration is available, depending upon the experience and calibre of the successful candidate.</p><p>The remuneration package also includes:</p><ul><li>A <strong>separate performance bonus</strong></li><li><strong>Commission on work personally introduced</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>This would particularly suit an experienced employment lawyer who wants the autonomy and responsibility of a senior role within a specialist practice, combined with an excellent existing workflow and a remuneration structure that rewards both performance and business development.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>All applications and enquiries will be treated in the strictest confidence.</strong></p>
